HOW TO HAVE AN AWESOME FACE

I promised a few people that I'll share my skin regime. So here we go.
1. I drink lots of water. You'll have a clearer face if you hydrate.
2 . I keep it moisturized. I use either baby oil, Nivea Creme or Vaseline. My favourites of all time.
3 . I try to have a goodnight sleep. Dark circles decide to befriend me when I don't get enough sleep.
4.Mama told me that I am what I eat. Personally, I keep off fatty foods because my skin breaks out when I do. So get rid of foods that don't work out for your skin. Mostly fatty foods.
NB : Include lotsa fruits and veggies in your diet. 👍
5.Invest in good make-up. Get your skin tested before you purchase your foundation and powder. This will enable you get the right product for your skin.
If it irritates after use, discontinue it's use.
6.NEVER sleep without removing your make-up. Your pores need breathing so don't suffocate them. You need to look fresh the next day? Clean that face up.
7 . Learn how to manage stress. I have first hand experience. .and it's not pretty. It actually affects your skin.
8 . Have at least one or two make-up free days . Again,your pores need to breath.
